Now you may be wondering what we are doing with the plane in the middle of a highway. Well,
this is a picture of what is known as an "off airport" landing. This incident was the most
exciting event in my aviation experience (so far anyway). It was also interesting enough
to make the front page of the Mississippi Press. Then again, considering the circulation of
the Mississippi Press maybe that's not saying too much.
