Filling the section of block between the two doors on the east side of the shop.

One the right side of the leftmost window, the block is missing. The angle blocks had not been tied in with wire mesh as they were supposed to be, so when concrete was poured in, there was a blowout. The mason responsible was very embarrased. They layed new angle blocks and manually filled them with concrete.

Notice that they don't fill the blocks all the way. That's so that when they fill the rest of the wall, the concrete will go down part way into these walls preventing a "seam".

The man on the pump truck is controlling the pump rate, etc.

Here they're filling the east shop wall.

Cleaning up the blocks after pouring them full.

Repairing the blowout.

The pouring continues in the front of the shop.

Pouring the section of the shop under the front porch.

Here they're tying on more rebar for future courses of block.

The blowout is now repaired.

Wayne does some of the cleanup work on the shop wall under the front porch.
