Inside Kimberly Andrews' House After The Storm

Kimberly's living room. The water was up to the ceiling. Everything has been sloshed around and is soaking wet.

That's where the water came in through her garage.

Kimberly's kitchen floor was clean and spotless when she had me over for dinner last Saturday night.

That's the table I gave Kimberly for Christmas. How did the refridgerator get that way?

Her dog kennel and the one she borrowed from her Dad were not damaged.

This guest bathroom was also spotless on Saturday night. The flood waters remain in the bathtub. That's the kind of muck that was up to the ceiling everywhere. Notice the soap dispenser washed off of the vanity, now on the floor in front of the tub.

Kimberly's study was at one time neat and dry. All her books, reference materials, Spanish movies for her classes, etc. are ruined.

Another view of Kimberly's demolished study.

There's a bureau behind the master bedroom door, so this is as far as I could open it.

I took this shot of the master bedroom by holding the camera blind around the edge of the door. What a mess.

It's hard to even remember where things were.

Even her washing machine got knocked over and messed up. All the appliances in the house are ruined.
