Beer Bread

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour — sifted
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ¼ cup sugar
• ¼ cup melted butter (⅛ lb. or half a stick)
• 12 oz. beer

Instructions

Mix the dry ingredients together.  Add and mix in the beer.  Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.  Top with the melted butter.  Bake at 375° for 1 hour.  Cool and enjoy!
