Ham Loaf

This recipe is for a small ham loaf.  Scale up for a larger crowd.

Basting Sauce

Double these ingredients if you like it saucy!


Instructions

Loaf

Combine the loaf ingredients together.  Season with salt and pepper.  Form into a loaf (or loaves) in an ungreased baking dish.

Cook in a 350° oven for one hour.  Baste initially and at least twice during cooking.

Basting Sauce

Whisk ingredients together in a pourable container.  Whisk again each time before you baste the loaf.

Serve and enjoy!
