Rental Terms

Lease Specifics:

• – Rentals are for 30 days minimum.
• – Rent is $2,100 per month.
• – Security deposit is $2,100.
• – Pets are allowed with a $200 non-refundable pet deposit per animal.
• – No more than two cars per unit on a regular basis (visitors excepted).
• – Water, electric, garbage collection, and WiFi Internet are provided.
